We are pleased to present our services as a MHIC licensed and insured full service contracting co!  We have been serving your area for a long time as a sub-contractor for various other High Price Home Improvement companies throughout the years.  Most Home Improvement companies (about 80%) use sub-contractors to do their work, while they just do the selling at a 40% – 60% increase which is for their profits only.  The only work they actually do is provide customers with an estimate, get the customer to sign a contract and collect the money. The actual work is sold or subcontracted to a sub-contractor who is not employed by the Home Improvement company that the client has hired.  We have been the ones who have been doing the actual hands on work.
